Turner Marketing was founded 1996 by sales professionals who realised that most of their time was being spent in trying to find sales prospects instead of actually making the sale. On a typical day, of the 50-60 calls they could make, only a hand full would be genuine conversations with decision makers. We knew there had to be a better way to prospect and Turner Marketing was formed.

Sales Executive

We are looking for consummate sales people. You must be a polished professional, driven by strong entrepreneurial instincts to generate new business and grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling marketing services and have a proven track record in the industry.

Duties:

  • Initiate and hold conversations with C level executives
  • Prospect, Qualify, and Close
  • Create comprehensive, compelling and effective sales proposals and presentations
  • Develop and contribute to company's sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Five years proven track record and related sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications/presentation skills
  • Computer skills - Microsoft WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet research capabilities
  • Passionate about sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


Appointment Setters

We currently have openings for part-time and full-time professional appointment setters and tele-marketers. You will initiate and maintain telephone-prospecting efforts with high level executives (C-level and VP's) of companies. More emphasis is placed on the quality of the conversation. You must be a polished professional that loves talking on the phone.

Duties:

  • Initiate and hold conversations with C level executives
  • Documenting all interactions in the CRM
  • Fact finding and data validation
  • Maintaining company profiles and updated contacts
  • Send emails as necessary.

Must have:

  • Outbound B2B telemarketing, appointment setting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with courtesy
  • Professional phone manner and presence
  • Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Ability to learn and explain features, benefits and details of the product line
  • Ability to work independently towards a common team goal
  • High energy, be self-motivated, and quick thinking
  • GED recquired, degree preferred.


Customer Service Specialists

Immediate openings for a professional Customer Service Specialists to provide accurate, courteous, and professional service.

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound requests for service
  • Conducting outbound calls with a focus on customer retention
  • Ensuring timely customer follow-up on all inquiries, e-mails and chats
  • Maintaining updated customer information utilizing internal computerized CRM system
  • Documenting all customer interactions

Must have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with courtesy, yet urgency to achieve customer satisfaction
